Durable brown waxed canvas backpack is a great choice if you are looking for a water-resistant bag that’s big enough for your laptop or knitting supplies! I am so excited to offer you this backpack for sale. The waxed canvas only gets better with age, and the straps and handles hold up beautifully, as the construction is very sturdy.

The double pull zipper makes this backpack easy to open up from the top.

The backpack has a pocket on the front that is perfect to slip things in when you’re on the go - it stays closed with a magnetic snap.

The inner zip pocket can hold important documents such as a passport or cash when traveling.

The side pockets are a great size for a phone or wallet and provide easy access without having to take off the backpack.

The straps are adjustable.

Perfect for traveling, for an every day backpack, a diaper bag, and more!

I chose the floral lining fabric to coordinate with the brown outer fabric. It gives off a little bit of a vintage vibe. The leather tab on the front is just the icing on the cake! Every detail, down to the antique bronze colored hardware and tan suede zipper pulls, was chosen with care!

Construction details:
Made with waxed canvas from A.L. Frances Textiles. They use beeswax from local Texas bees, and hand wax all their fabric.
Lining fabric is cotton + linen canvas from Rifle Paper Co.
The straps are 100% cotton webbing.
Zippers are brass zippers from YKK.
The remaining hardware is all antique bronze-colored.

Approximate measurements:
14 1/2” tall
11” wide
4 1/2” deep
Outside pocket (with magnetic snap closure) is 8” tall and 7 1/2” wide
Inside zipper pocket is 7” tall and 8” wide
Side pockets are 6” tall and 4 1/2” wide

Notes:
Handmade by me!

Care:
Waxed canvas is a lovely, sturdy, and water-resistant fabric. It should be spot cleaned with a damp cloth only. The wrinkles and creases you see are characteristic of this fabric. When it warms up, the wax remelts and smooths out. If your backpack gets rained on, it will have a speckled look until the wax remelts (such as if it sits in a hot car, or if you blow dry it on a low setting with a hair dryer).

Please message me if you have any questions! I’d be happy to go over anything with you :)
